Lebanon Valley Modular Homes has been providing affordable housing for over 50 years. Founder, Dale Yingst, who is still very active in the business today, began selling manufactured housing with his brother, after returning home from active military service during the Korean War. Dale opened his own location in 1963 and has been selling the best affordable housing ever since. Today, the company has grown to include three sales associates with over 100 years of industry experience, a fully-staffed service department, a licensed mortgage loan originator, a licensed insurance agent, a notary and a full-service transportation and excavation department.
